Lead a team in designing technology-delivered courseware focused on teaching highlytechnical content for the military training environment.
Leads the planning process, supervises other assigned project personnel and coordinates the project with administrators.
Implement adult learning theory into design deliverables, courseware, and supplemental training materials.
Develop documentation of design strategy to ensure courseware development is aligned tocustomer requirements and Statement of Work (SOW).
Develop project-specific training and standards for courseware development and train projectstaff.
Prepare reports, contractual, and government documentation.
Guide, review, and approve the sequence of learning experiences based upon learning psychology, behaviorism, cognition, and information processing.
Produce products for analysis, design, and courseware for delivery to customer following Navy, ISD, and in-house standards.
Develop testing instruments to measure effective, cognitive, psychomotor, and performance accomplishments during formative and summative evaluations; test achievement at the end of a course instruction.
Experience and Skills:
A degree in Education, Psychology or Instructional Systems Design.
BA/BS candidate will possess at least eight (8) years of experience developing DOD Curriculum
Or a MA/MS with at least three (e) years of experience.
Significant experience in supporting Navy Learning Centers.
Experience developing online multimedia instruction.
Experience working in a focused, dynamic, fast-paced team environment with accountable deadlines.
Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in PADDIE application.
Possess excellent writing, communication, analytical, and instructional design skills.
