We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer. The duties and responsibilities of this position include; designing highly interactive and task-based technical training programs using multiple media and blended approaches (eLearning, instructor-led, job aids and on the job support tools); developing learning objectives that align to strategic priorities; building collaborative and consultative relationships with subject matter experts, clients and peers; participating in defining and documenting learning needs assessment, data analysis, and recommended learning solutions; using raw content provided by subject matter experts to write scripts, storyboards, and design documents; creating assessments that align to course objectives; describing and documenting key concepts behind evaluation of learning effectiveness and determining impact of learning measurements. Design and development of incremental online and instructor-led learning programs and assets aligned with global training strategy, regional needs, and product launch support. Update existing training content to include recurring product and software enhancements. Administration & Management of Content Management System
Education - Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Adult Education, Educational Technology or a related field highly preferred.
