Aetna's Group Insurance Disability/Life/Absence Implementation department is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual with significant industry experience implementing new customers to join our team as a Senior Implementation Manager.
Lead cross functional team to implement customers group insurance STD/LTD/Absence/Life programs - Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation - Partners with all key internal and external stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units) - Proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded - Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects - Ability to communicate appropriately, clearly and professionally based on audience.
- 5 - 10 years of Life insurance or Disability Insurance experience desired
- Customer service experience including client and consultant contact
- Project management experience - Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio experience preferred
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
