Responsible for developing annual and midterm strategic plans for a human resources department/function that aligns with overall region company goals. Accountable for building internal and external partnerships that ensure results are delivered and processes and programs are improved or newly created. Reports and tracks department KPIs and service delivery to key business leaders. Routinely partners with functional peers and business leaders to anticipate, plan, and implement organization change that improves DENSO's market competitiveness. Recognized as a thought leader and is frequently brought into high level discussions to shape company approach and/or direction. Leads a team of human resources professionals.
