Senior HRIS - HR Operations Analyst

The Senior HRIS/Operations Analyst will be responsible for inputting, maintaining and managing all global employee data (new hires, changes, terminations, relocations, etc.) and the related data integrity. This role will also be responsible for determining and implementing enhancements to the current and future systems. The Analyst will also assist in finding and working on opportunities for process improvements and related process mapping and documentation. Attention to detail and analytical thinking is critical in this role as well as the ability to be forward thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Actively helps to drive ongoing redesign of HR Operations and HRIS processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness including process mapping and documentation
  • Full responsibility for data entry, maintenance and management in ADP-WFN, including all onboarding (new hires), promotions, transfers, exits, relocations, bonus changes and all adhoc changes related to an employee lifecycle
  • Issue formal HR notices to employees for any changes that occur and maintaining electronic employee files in ADP-WFN
  • Work with HR Business Partners across the globe for new hires, changes, terminations and all HR operations, processes and/or system needs
  • Streamline, improve and automate and improve current processes
  • Answer HR Operational and/or system related questions/tickets from employees, bringing them to resolution and closure and keeping tickets updated with the necessary documentation
  • Conduct I9 checks for USA employees.
  • Run weekly and monthly Global audits on all data processed to ensure accuracy of data, proactively capturing errors
  • Report-running/creating business reports as requested
  • Policy and process creation and maintenance
  • Drive system and process improvements
  • Explore and evaluate new system options (i.e., additional mobile apps, integrations with SLACK)
  • Drive cross team systems and process integration
  • Work with payroll to ensure payroll files reconcile with ADP-WFN
  • Work with other teams to ensure data correlates. For example, Expensify (expense system) and Egencia (travel system)
  • Ensure compliance with regard to company policy acknowledgements (SOX requirement)
  • Assist in special projects as needed
  • Compliance, audits and related automation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong analytical and data management skills along with superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels within the company
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ADP WFN
  • Global experience
  • Experience with multiple HRIS systems
  • Systems implementation experience
  • Integration experience across various systems/teams (i.e., ATS, payroll, etc.).
