The Sr. HRIS Analyst will provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules to include Global HR, Talent Management (Goal and Performance), Workforce Compensation, Absence Management, and Taleo Recruitment. This role will work closely with the HR team to analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective way to meet client needs. Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of the assigned system

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Support necessary Cloud and Taleo Recruitment applications
  • Provide hands-on system functional configuration support
  • Research solutions to support HR programs and processes
  • Assist with quarterly releases and upgrades, and perform regression testing
  • Act as a liaison with IT on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support
  • Troubleshoot production issues to include problem research and analysis, and performing steps for resolution
  • Document system specifications, configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Coordinate and perform end-to-end testing to include developing test plans and participate in acceptance testing efforts
  • Maintain application security and audits to keep integrity and accuracy
  • In collaboration with the HR department, plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate the organization's human resources functions and annual goals
  • Analytics reporting


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting at least 1 cycle of HCM upgrades and quarterly releases
  • Experience maintaining security roles and permissions in an HRIS system
  • Experience working with agile and/or waterfall project methodologies
  • Strong analytical abilities and skills to evaluation business needs and explore alternative approaches to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions
  • Strong aptitude to isolate problems, addressing immediate needs, analyzing ramifications, and implementing solutions
  • Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users
  • IIBA certification preferred
  • SQL programming experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics is required, or equivalent work experience in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HRIS work experience
  • Must have and preserve required licenses/certifications
  • Must possess analytical skills
  • Must be able to comprehend, manipulate, and interpret statistical data
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Salary

$80K - 90K
