Primary Responsibilities:
Your duties as a senior manager will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide HR leadership to the Vice President of Operations and 787 executive leadership team
  • Provide high-level of collaboration beyond the Boeing South Carolina site driving a “One Program” and “One HR” approach for both our Everett and Charleston operations
  • Shape the talent, workforce and diversity strategy for the 787 program including outlining organization constructs and philosophies that drive to an inclusive, leaner, and more efficient organization
  • End-to-end accountability playing a key role in partnering with our business leaders to define and execute plans
  • Inspire employees to think and behave differently while setting high expectations and encourage their teams to go further
  • Courageously challenge the status quo proactively by looking for opportunities to shape service quality while driving culture change for the site, program, and The Boeing Company
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to ensure business goals and objectives are achieved

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required):

  • 10+ years in Human Resources experience
  • Experience leading or managing and using data to support business strategy
  • Experience working across functional and business unit organizations
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders and strategy leaders
  • Experience developing employees and building organizational talent in a transitional environment that can lead us to market-leading performance
  • Experience leading a diverse, cross-functional team to accomplish complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred with emphasis in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related discipline; Advanced Degreepreferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
