The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to find their own data sources, and able connect with the right industry leaders to better understand these changes and project the potential impacts. They will look for opportunities to help our customers leverage these policies to their advantage and create new ways of looking at pricing, packaging, and marketing. They likely have a background in finance, economics, and healthcare administration and have shown the ability to use that foundation to creatively consider strategic business options.

Analyzes the healthcare imaging industry policies and practices:

  • Resourceful in looking at both existing and future healthcare imaging practice policies and assessing the impact
    (examples: evolution of HITECH, ACA, MACRA, MIPS, Telemedine, etc…)
  • Builds a deep market understanding and analysis of how the stakeholders operate and money flows within the enterprise imaging market
  • Foster external healthcare leader relationships to confirm research and understand alternative interpretations

Takes industry data, triangulates it, and makes it usable for our imaging business

  • Able to distinguish key strategic points, from the flood of information collected during research
  • Create materials to organize and communicate findings
  • Able to present findings with clarity to senior business leaders
  • Helps create plans to leverage data strategically for marketing, business planning, or customer facing sales activities.
  • Assists in analyzing different solution pricing/packaging approaches.

Qualifications Required:

a) Education: MBA or other master’s in business/economics is required, or enough proven experience in business to equate

b) Experience: 5 years’ experience as a business analyst or market research manager in a healthcare field demonstrating the ability of applying collected information into strategic options.
