Senior Healthcare Attorney- Associate to Counsel level

Tulsa Oklahoma regional office of our client seeks a highly qualified healthcare transactional attorney for this thriving HealthcareLaw Practice.

Obviously Oklahoma and/or Arkansas Bar preferred or ability to attain within a reasonable timeframe.

Job overview

The ideal candidate will have more than 4years of broad experience in healthcarelaw including most of the following areas: healthcare fraud and abuse laws; hospital/physician issues, including compensation, employment and practice acquisitions; healthcare entity mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations; strategic partnerships and network formation and operations; managed care contracting; federal standards like Anti-Kickback, Stark and Medicare/Medicaid issues, regulatory due diligence and contracting. Corporate experienceworking with health care providers, such as joint ventures, affiliations, MSOs, DSOs, IPAs, PHOs and othercontractual matters; Familiarity with healthcare related audits, investigations, and prosecutions is also preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a high performer who can demonstrate superior communication skills; have excellent academic credentials; possess good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients; be diligent and detail-oriented; demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively; and have a strong inclination for developing business and growing a healthcare practice.
