We are seeking a Senior Front-End Architect that is passionate about brands and eager to help grow a new agency model. Our AM&C offering serves our clients through the following types of work:
• Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
• eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
• Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
• Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
• Marketing analytics implementation and operations
• Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
• Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
• Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Work you’ll do
• Oversee project planning, design, implementation, and testing from an engineering perspective
• Facilitate communication with other departments and teams to communicate expectations, requirements, and risks
• Present and defend technical points of view to clients, project leadership, and other stakeholders, balancing the constraints of budget, scope, and timeline
• Write, organize, and review product specifications and documentation
• Assist in the pursuit of new work through estimation, staffing requests, and presentations to prospective clients
• Develop sound engineering practices and processes
• Develop new capabilities by learning, understanding, and applying emerging technologies
• Mentor junior staff
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience of developing mobile and/or web applications
• 8+ years of experience working in a highly collaborative, team-based environment (Scrum or Agile)
• Demonstrable expert knowledge of at least one current mobile operating system and MVC development patterns
• 8+ years of experience writing code using one or more of the following languages: JavaScript, NodeJS, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift
• Demonstrated expertise in connecting requirements, to APIs, to delivery
• Experience designing and developing both front-end and back-end technologies
• Experience launching/delivering 3+ digital programs
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Experience translating product requirements into design specifications
• Willingness to travel to client site (While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
