Description Seeking highly experienced, Senior-level Foreign Military Sales (FMS) / Security Cooperation (SC) Specialist.

Requires 10 years of professional background in FMS/SC.

***Active DOD Secret Clearance Required***

Need familiarity in all aspects of FMS Case Management.

Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Assist in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cradle to grave support for seven foreign countries – thirty FMS Cases
• Prepare Price and Availability (P&A) and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) Packages in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
• Prepare FMS Case Amendments and Modifications, per NIPO direction.
• Prepare Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), Foreign Disclosure Review (FDR), and Manpower Data and Travel Sheet (MDTS), Anti-Tamper (AT) remarks, and milestones and metrics
• Prepare Obligation Authority Worksheet, funding documents, disbursement data, and obtain shipment documentation and 2193s
• Prepare direct, interim and final Case Closure packages, MD Transportation Packages, Accessorial Packages, and Unliquidated Obligations Packages
• Maintain systems access, in support of client requirements, including MISIL, DIFS, DSAMS, NERP, COBRA, and SCIP.
• Update and maintain status reports including:
• Financial Management Review (FMR) sheets, Open Items Report, FMS Master Case Schedule Report, Funding Document Tracker Report, FMS Health Book, FMS Top Level Review (TLR), and - Annual Case Reviews (ACR)

• Demonstrates knowledge of MBC products and services

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master preferred) and 8 - 10 years of work related experience or a combination of both.
• Proficiency with the Web, MS Office and SharePoint
• Business travel as required by contract
• Expert functional and technical skills as required by contract
• Knowledgeable of engagement or project planning and control process
