McLean is seeking an experienced financial planner/wealth advisor to absorb a book of high net-worth clients from a retiring advisor. The Managing Director will be responsible for managing existing client relationships independently by focusing on service delivery and a positive client experience while leading and mentoring other advisory team members.

Primary responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will have a CFP® designation (or another similar designation), a minimum of 10 years of experience as an advisor, exhibit high ethical standards, professional curiosity, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, initiative, and a strong knowledge of financial planning with an emphasis on tax planning, estate planning, and charitable giving. The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is critical to this role.
