What we're looking for

We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our Revenue team and report directly into our Chief Analytics Officer. This individual will initially be responsible for understanding Vacasa's revenue history and then forecasting revenue for the entire company as we continue to grow and scale. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insight and support optimal business decision making. This role will also work closely with the Company's FP&A team to assist in the annual planning process and interim re-forecasts as necessary.

What you'll do

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting of Vacasa's revenue streams
  • Prepare and communicate financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Partner with members of our Finance and Analytics teams to understand current data sets and forecasting methodologies and then build them out into a scalable solution
  • Develop forecasting models and analyze effectiveness in supporting strategic initiatives
  • Prepare other ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
  • Effectively deliver and communicate high quality reports and analysis to executive leadership

Skills you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience with financial planning/analysis and revenue forecasting
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative analysis and run financial models
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field preferred
  • Proficient to advanced in both MySQL and Excel
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company is a bonus!
  • Statistical experience is preferred
  • High standard of accuracy and precision
  • Articulate and able to effectively support and communicate with executive leadership
  • Able to prioritize and work independently
  • Desire to work in a quickly growing and evolving company

Salary

$80K - $120K
