Job Description

PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in support of our NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) government customer in St. Inigoes, MD.

Essential Job Functions Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior level financial analysis and management support within the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control (ATC) Systems Division.
  • Work closely with the Project Lead and Portfolio Manager for all Division funding matters.
  • Generate complex spreadsheets and financial reports to analyze cost data and identify funding discrepancies.
  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
  • Utilize Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business and financial system to extract, analyze and interpret business and financial reports.
  • Create project structures and contribute to customers' resource planning.
  • Monitor execution, benchmarks, and carry-over funding for all systems/projects consisting of multiple funding appropriations and provide recommendations to assist with meeting expenditure requirements.
  • Obtain and consolidate data for taskers and respond to data calls.
  • Provides support for various division initiatives and special projects.


Required Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ten (10) years of experience in financial analysis with Navy or other DoD programs.
  • At least five (5) years of Navy-ERP experience is required.
  • Possesses demonstrated knowledge and experience applying analytic methodologies, data collection, and principles to address client needs.
  • Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and PPBE process.


Education Requirements:

Master's degree in business administration, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance or Financial OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance or Financial plus three (3) years of additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience OR Associate's degree plus six (6) years of additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience.
