About the role:
This role will be a 50/50 split role supporting Corporate Accounts and the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division.
Corporate Accounts Support:
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, reporting, and analysis of U.S. Corporate Accounts organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Execute the annual plan and quarterly forecast for the U.S. Corporate Accounts Selling organization. This includes the planning of resources and variable OPEX aligned with the strategic priorities of the team.
- Assist the U.S. Corporate Accounts team with month close activities to include accruals, variance analysis, and financial reporting on actual versus budget performance and related trends.
- Participate in the annual strategic planning process for the Corporate Accounts organization.
- Various ad hoc projects, as needed, that provide business decision support to the team.
CRM Divisional FP&A Support:
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial planning, reporting and analysis in support of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) division, focusing on the CRM market and BSX revenue within that market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Working cross functionally to gather and publish market information from inside and outside sources to understand general market trends and deep dives on specific product information and performance.
- Understand US pricing trends within the market and BSX and present/publish that information to divisional leadership.
- Create revenue forecasts ~3 times a year working with US Marketing and Sales teams and a strategic plan once a year and present to a variety of audiences, including CRM Senior Leadership.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages on a monthly basis by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.
- Perform financial analysis, as directed by management, for ad hoc franchise support.
What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA or CPA a plus.
- 5+ years’ progressive experience in similar Finance role
- Excellent computer skills (financial modeling, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and preferably SAP, Hyperion).
- Strong financial analysis, communication, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adhere to tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Must have highly developed customer relationship skills with strong service orientation.
- Holds self-accountable to a performance metric culture building performance excellence.
- Team orientated.
