This position is for a highly motivated, results driven, organized self-starter with strong analytical and technical skills. Requirements include a high level of independent judgment, developing forecast principals, accuracy, creativity and initiative.  This position is responsible for:

  • Develop new methods of forecast process and strategy using driver based methodologies
  • Develop a course of action to accomplish completion of projects related to CPR Planning System
  • Instruct larger GM community on process change including face to face training
  • Prepares data on charts and diagrams
  • Functioning as a lead between IT and Finance
  • Solving complex problems, developing methods of analysis to streamline systems issues and migrations
  • Coordinates input from internal/external customers to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions
  • Keeps abreast of current product developments and trends in areas of expertise
  • Actively identifies new areas for learning and takes advantage of learning opportunities

  • Work Skill 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales Service and Marketing, Controllership or similar roles
  • Knowledge and Expertise as a Hyperion System Administrator
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong modeling and financialvaluation skills

Basic Required Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or engineering. MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills/ Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance
  • General financeexperience; Systems and data analysis experience
  • Hyperion Smartview and Planning experience
  • Critical thinking and inquisitive mind
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues in order to provide insight and metrics to drive the right business decisions
  • Knowledge of corporate finance principles including ability to perform balance sheet analysis, net income statement analysis, cash flow statement analysis, knowledge of debt structures, etc.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and influence good decision making – collaborative
  • Can learn the specific business that would be supported (Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales Service and Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Structure presentations in straightforward, efficient manner
  • Communicate key issues for action/decision (“the 30 second rule”)
  • Comfortable in making verbal presentation to GM Senior Management
