As a Senior Enrollment Consultant, you will support our growing and complex EGWP/SPAP operations implementation/projects from initiation through post implementation. You will drive timely identification, root cause analysis and resolution of issues. You will independently solve problems and drive creative solutions for our business. You should have a vast understanding and working knowledge of Medicare Guidelines and the enrollment process that directly impacts member enrollment.
You will accomplish this by:
Lead business implementations/projects (including but not limited to) – 70%
Enrollment monitoring / status reporting – 30%
Low travel (up to 10%) may be required depending on location/project
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
