Etsy seeks a senior engineering manager to lead our Customer Resolutions engineering team, which supports our customer support, and trust and safety product initiatives. Using tools built and maintained by this team, Etsy provides 24/7 email, chat, and phone support for millions of users via our Help Center and through integrated product experiences. The team is also responsible for automating the effort to ensure the integrity of a marketplace with millions of sellers and tens of millions of items, and provide tools for our trust and safety agents.
This job is all about increasing customer loyalty and trust by building systems that enable us to resolve our customers� issues more quickly, or preventing them from running into issues by ensuring that items that violate our policies never make it into the marketplace or are removed as quickly as possible. Your engineering teams will succeed by helping the teams that work directly with our customers use best in class tools to do their work, ensuring that these teams have access to the data they need to resolve customer issues, and eliminating as many tedious tasks as possible through automation.

This role is based in Brooklyn, NY.
