The position is a critical technical leadership role. Participates as supply chain for major leaders in the semiconductor processing community. We support our customers through a mixture of services including thin film deposition technologies such as DC magnetron sputtering, electron beam evaporation, wet or dry thermal oxide growth, and photoresist patterning. Silicon wafer photolithography via contact printing has become a significant part of our overall business strategy and will be one of this role’s primary focus. The Director of Technology will be responsible for supporting daily operations in addition to planning, directing, and coordinating innovation and technology activities (R&D and Engineering) for both us as well as customer projects. Responsibility and accountability include leading research and innovation into new product offerings, process development, new equipment determination, evaluation, and qualification, for both market and customer driven solutions.
This person will be expected to have oversight as well as hands on action for sustaining technology as well as R&D and innovation functions within. This role will be looked to for scientific guidance and problem-solving knowledge when there are quality excursions or any technical problems. The Director of Technology will interact with all employees daily however strategic planning and business development is performed in collaboration with the President.ence and Qualifications
