Provide overarching expertise for the C&A process.
Ensure the necessary planning, outreach, execution, and dissemination of lessons learned/after action reports.
Engage pertinent stakeholders and cross-functional eventsupport SME’s as required to provide an overall framework for managing and coordinating necessary communications that directly, or indirectly, influence objectives and tasks.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of IA / INFOSEC concepts and requirements.
Knowledge of the DOD C&A process and standards System / network vulnerability analysis Risk assessment and risk mitigation analysis Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) Contingency planning Firewall Policy Ports & Protocols DIACAP RMF Education
Master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science or other related field and no experience, or AA/AS in related field and 2years of related experience.
At least 8years of experience.In lieu of formal education, 10 years of experience specifically related to the below qualification requirements.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
Knowledge of the configuration, management, administration, and design of the USFF Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Community of Interest (COI) Service Delivery Point (SDP) networks.
Advanced knowledge and experience of the Defense Information Systems Agency published Security Technical Information Guidance (STIG) requirements and implementation/compliance process.
Advanced knowledge and experience of Computer Network Defense (CND) compliance requirements for all managednetworks and systems.
Advanced knowledge and experience of the Cyber SecurityInspection and Certification Program (CSICP) requirements and processes.
Advanced knowledge and experience in the operations and maintenance of the DoD’s Host Based Security System (HBSS).
Advanced knowledge and experience with network, server and storage virtualization, i.e. Microsoft Hypervisor and VMWare vSphere.
Advanced knowledge and experience of IOS, EIGRP, BGP, GRE, IPS/IDS, TACACS+, ACS and OSPF.
Advanced knowledge and experience of commercial enterprise-level tools and products to provide network services, to include but not limited to: firewalls, IPS/IDS, DNS, DHCP, web security, VPN, SAN, and the like.
In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Servers, SQL, IIS, AD and DNS.
In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and maintaining Linux Servers and its associated services.
In-depth knowledge and experience in writing scripts (i.e. Perl, Python or PowerShell) to perform task automation. Strong oral and technical writing skills.
Must maintain current CompTIA Security+ certification.
Must have government secret clearance
