Job Responsibilities:

• Overall Technical Lead and Single Point of Contact for the support team
• Develop and maintain integration solutions between Duck Creek components and external systems.
• Design and implement APIs and web services for seamless data exchange.
• Work on configuring and extending Duck Creek Anywhere APIs.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration defects.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements for integration points.
• Enhance system performance by optimizing integration processes.
• Document integration workflows and update system designs as needed.

Experience:

• Minimum 9-15 years
