SCOPE OF POSITION
The Senior Service Line Director for has oversight for overall operations of the service line, assisting the Associate Vice President of the Service Line within development, and growth within their respective market(s)
This role will ensure alignment with Ballad mission and vision. Duties associated with this position include but are not limited to the following:
Personal characteristics include the ability to work well within teams, be a self-starter, and excellent interpersonal skills. This person must have a high energy level and ability to energize others. This individual should have strong problem solving skills and demonstrate follow through.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The Senior Service Line Director will have a minimum of a bachelor's level degree in appropriate field, with a master's level degree (MBA, MHA) preferred. Leadership experience and experience withrespective service line is a requirement.
