POSITION This Senior Director of Sales & Account Management will be responsible for achieving overall revenue and financial objectives for the organization and day-to- day leadership of the team. This individual will serve as a key member of the eScreen senior leadership team and will be integral to the development of the organizations sales strategy, objectives and goals to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction. Change Leadership and Collaboration: The role will be at the center of many changes, including strategic and organizational changes. This leader must have the emotional intelligence needed to find the right approach to these changes, and the interpersonal skills required to lead and influence the company’s evolution in key areas. The new leader must be able to build relationships across sites and teams and align them around thinking of the company’s sales and service commitment. Compromising one’s own preferences where necessary for the team or organization and demonstrating to others how their mutual objectives can be complementary is a key competency.
Strategic Thinking: The candidate will define and articulate a clear strategic vision for Clinic Sales, which focuses the business. S/he must be able to contribute to the company’s strategic direction, and highlight operational implications of strategic options. S/he must be able to have clarity and understanding of decisions and be empowered to act accordingly with what’s needed to make the business successful.
