  • Develop annual sales plan and account management in support of organization strategy and objectives.
  • Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Ensure communications are coordinated; support sales plan objectives and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with VP of marketing.
  • Directs and manages the Clinic Field Training function.
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Implement approved distribution strategies.
  • Manage multiple channel selling strategies.
  • Build, develop, and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
  • Day-to-day leadership includes overseeing the hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching and management of the organization.  Develop a winning culture that attracts, retains, rewards and recognizes associates.
  • Ensure strong leadership, clear communication and teamwork across the sales team, operation support, and sales support teams. 
  • Monitor organizational productivity and provide staff members with technical direction and growth.  Provide regular performance feedback to staff members.
  • Ensure that the management staff provides timely, accurate reviews for their staff.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of commercial or combination of sales, strategy, operations, sales support, account management leadership related experience
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in successful teams
  • Experience in sales strategy and leading a sales support organization
  • Ability to strategically plan and tactically execute on the plan

This will require strong communication skills, the ability to convey a strategic vision, and the ability to develop a highly engaged team and sense of community.

Change Leadership and Collaboration: The role will be at the center of many changes, including strategic and organizational changes.  This leader must have the emotional intelligence needed to find the right approach to these changes, and the interpersonal skills required to lead and influence the company’s evolution in key areas. The new leader must be able to build relationships across sites and teams and align them around thinking of the company’s sales and service commitment. Compromising one’s own preferences where necessary for the team or organization and demonstrating to others how their mutual objectives can be complementary is a key competency.

Strategic Thinking: The candidate will define and articulate a clear strategic vision for Clinic Sales, which focuses the business. S/he must be able to contribute to the company’s strategic direction, and highlight operational implications of strategic options.
