As part of a passionate and accomplished team of experts, the Senior Director of Production Support Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering team that acts as the key technical interface between the production environment and the design engineering teams across all of Blue Origin launch vehicles and engines. This position, reporting to the Vice President of Engineering & Program Management, will lead and oversee the development of production engineering processes and practices, and be responsible for the implementation of those responsibilities at all sites across the company. This includes working with engineering, procurement, quality and operations to address transition into production issues, resolution of product non-conformances, material review boards, and supplier technical issues. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration by lowering the fundamental cost of going to space and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable spaceflight.
