This position reports to the Chief Product Officer.

What will you do?

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, you will act as a critical member of the Product team. The Senior Director, Product Management, Partnerships and Process is responsible for managing all MDLIVE's strategic business partnerships from a product perspective. This includes business model and channel strategy, initial and ongoing integration roadmap, and ongoing executive relationship management. This role also works closely with the product and engineering leaders as well as business development leaders across MDLIVE to ensure that goals and objectives are aligned and that roadmaps are created as part of the larger strategic roadmap for the overall business. This executive will drive the go-to-market activities for partnership activities.

Additionally, MDLIVE is in transition and requires someone who can own internal product processes. This includes the creation of a processes for defect triage, enhancement requests, and prioritization of broad strategic roadmap initiatives. This leader will gain buy-in from stakeholders across the business and will garner their participation in the processes where it makes sense. This executive will have relationships with all areas of the business: services, support, sales, business development, marketing, engineering, legal, operations, finance, and executive team. In addition, you will:

  • Work with Product Development teams to ensure MDLIVE products deliver a solution that drives value for clients and customers to retain and grow existing clients and drive new sales
  • Assist in the development and refreshing of the enterprise product strategy and roadmap
  • Bring new products and features to market which maximize revenue and utilization of MDLIVE services
  • Maintain current competitive intelligence documentation to assist with MDLIVE positioning and differentiation
  • Support sales and client success teams with sales presentations, designated speaking engagements and other venues as assigned
  • Drive go-to-market activities for strategic partnerships and new/combined solutions as a result of these partnerships
  • Be responsible for monitoring and improving product performance through product dashboard, reporting and other tools and methods
  • Develop and conduct sales trainings for partnership initiatives
  • Develop the Company's corporate strategy on build/buy/partner and work closely with executive team, business development team, and product team to make data-driven decisions on best approach to meet market needs
  • Provide input into the product roadmap based on market needs and customer feedback
  • Develop and adapt pricing models as needed to remain competitive
  • Oversee branding and development of collateral and marketing materials for the partnership activity
  • Develop relationships and agreements with channel partners to accelerate distribution
  • Create and maintain processes for defect triage, enhancement requests with relative prioritization, and roadmap development, gaining buy-in from all stakeholders in the process

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 10 – 12 years of experience in product management role
  • 3+ years in healthcare
  • Experience change management and partnership management
  • Strong analytical and product planning and management skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize and simultaneously manage responsibilities and assignments
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is highly entrepreneurial and results driven
  • Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help
  • Deadline-driven to always deliver analyses, insights, and results on-time
  • Intellectual curiosity, relentless push for underlying insights and "why" to complex questions
  • Excellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem solving)
  • Excellent ability to create logic-driven, data-backed recommendations with an eye towards pithiness; excellent written and oral communication skills; PowerPoint mastery
