Summary

As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will lead an extraordinary product team for the Citrix Content Collaboration cloud services, a critical component of Citrix Workspace strategy. In this role you will be responsible for over $150M in subscription revenue in both SMB and Enterprise market segments. You will set the direction for 100s of engineers and impact how 10s of thousands of customers use Citrix Content Collaboration.

The ideal product leader for this role is strategically minded with experience in running product management teams and go-to-market programs and initiatives. You have a consistent record in delivering business results and will be empowered to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Product strategy with a focus on customer needs, key industry verticals and solutions.

Roadmap planning and coordination empowering teams to solve customer problems.

Operational excellence towards continuous process improvement.

Solid command of the business metrics and trends enabling data driven decisions.

Basic Qualifications

A bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
SaaS product management and content management experience.
Strong customer focus and analytics skills. Data driven in your decision-making process
Experience in implementation of go-to-market programs to drive business results
Effective agile portfolio management skills with a solid understanding of product discovery, definition, and optimization techniques
Consistent track record delivering cloud services and an understanding of the broader agile product development process. Challenging the way things are and imagining how they could be better.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence outcomes across functions such as engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements across diverse functional areas and convert them into a compelling product vision

Citrix Systems, Inc. is an American multinational software company that provides server, application and desktop virtualization, networking, software as a service, and cloud computing technologies.
