Lead the Pricing team in developing tools and processes to create an organization that will consistently drive Honeywell Aerospace to meet and exceed Price at 1% of Revenue, Net of Inflation. Work closely with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will develop and manage the portfolio of pricing tools to optimize pricing performance. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products. You will deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class marketing tools and framework. You will be part of the recruitment, development and retention of talented professionals to deliver best in class performance.
