Manage planning and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives to ensure overall success of Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) program.

*** Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and measuring PBM performance.

*** Hire, manage, and mentor staff.

*** Collaborate on strategy development, planning, and tactical decision-making on PBM initiatives.

*** Advocate for headcount, process, innovations, and organizational changes necessary for PBM program success.

*** Recommend new products and programs based on emerging market trends.

*** Define ongoing operating plans for execution of PBM service portfolio, including crafting value propositions for Physicians, eHR partners, and related Payers.

*** Work with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Legal teams to develop acceptable messages and workflow for PBM programs.

*** Prepare internal operational reporting including Key Performance Indicators, Projections, etc.

*** Define technical requirements and operating needs regarding broader integration in Acute Care, Long Term Care settings, Pharmacy, etc.

*** Ensure client deliverables are developed, calendared, and delivered in accordance with contract terms.

*** Develop operational, customer, and strategic analytics and reports to ensure customer satisfaction, proof points for initiatives, and accurate assessment of data to provide business cases for future Patient Innovations programs

*** Work with internal technology, support, and product teams to ensure quality and meet service level agreements.
