Job Summary - Senior Director of Manufacturing of Personal Care
The Senior Director of Manufacturing of Personal Care Department is required to have good organization and communication skills in helping set up the Personal Care Products Division. It is essential that this individual have experience in selecting, installing and commissioning Personal Care Products Equipment and Processes. It is essential that this individual have experiencewithToothpaste Production. This individual needs to be self-driven and directed. The expectation is to come into the organization making things happen on day one. We are looking for an individual who requires no training on our part but joins our team knowing how to install and make operational a toothpaste line. He or She will need to help hire and lead production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment also. Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. This individual will need experience as a business unit manager and to be able to manage the process from beginning to end.

Experience and Education
? BS Technical DegreePreferred (Engineering)
? 10+ years of related experience
? Salary $100,000 plus bonuses plus competitive insurance coverage.
