We are looking for a diversified Labor Relations Director with prior experience and passion for the HR Business Partner space to lead labor strategy, negotiations and train and mentor a team of labor relations professionals on an enterprise level. Fortune 1000 experience and knowledge of Best Practices on both collective bargaining as well as union avoidance, experience leading responses to the EEOC, NLRB and other governmental entities, is also important.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven record of being a trusted advisor and tying labor strategy to business needs, but also have a broader HR background for future succession planning. Strong business acumen and experience coordinating collective bargaining with multiple unions is required.
