The Senior Director of Finance for the Transformation/Integration organization will play a pivotal leadership role in KDP’s organization and will directly contribute to the strategic direction of the company. The Transformation Management Office (TMO) has been tasked with working the business units to deliver +$1.3B in value capture in the next 3 years. The value capture components include revenue growth, cost synergies, and transformational projects which require significant investments. This leadership position will support the TMO and report directly to the Vice President of Finance for Transformation, Integration, and GBS. The role provides critical analytical support to client organizations and ensures appropriate methods are in place to making critical, time-sensitive decisions.
The ideal candidate will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of our business (i.e. structure, objectives, budgets, contracts, etc.) and use this knowledge to influence decision making.
