The Senior Director of Finance for the Transformation/Integration organization will play a pivotal leadership role in KDP’s organization and will directly contribute to the strategic direction of the company. The Transformation Management Office (TMO) has been tasked with working the business units to deliver +$1.3B in value capture in the next 3 years. The value capture components include revenue growth, cost synergies, and transformational projects which require significant investments. This leadership position will support the TMO and report directly to the Vice President of Finance for Transformation, Integration, and GBS. The role provides critical analytical support to client organizations and ensures appropriate methods are in place to making critical, time-sensitive decisions.

The ideal candidate will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of our business (i.e. structure, objectives, budgets, contracts, etc.) and use this knowledge to influence decision making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • · Provide overall financial and business decision leadership support to members of the TMO and Business Units for both ongoing strategic projects and new strategic projects.
  • · Working with the business unit, model financial impacts for key strategic initiatives/investments
  • · Provide 3-5 year financial view incorporating impacts from value capture projects to insure delivery of total value capture goal of +$1.3B.
  • · Track progress of value capture projects in “Planview” and provide a KDP view for total value capture in the respective fiscal year coordinating with Corporate FP&A and the Business Unit Finance team.
  • · Ensure that the current year fiscal results properly capture impacts from all value capture projects
  • · Manage fiscal year key strategic initiatives that drive sustained financial performance and deliver savings to the business
  • · Develop action plans to provide course corrections which will allow for achievement of financial objectives
  • · Contribute to delivering strong operating performance by collaborating closely with key other leaders hold leaders accountable for results, to implement best practices and to efficiently utilize business resources
  • · Provide leadership, direction, and development to team members within the Finance

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field, MBA highly preferable
  • · Prior experience with a top 10 consulting firm, a plus
  • · 10+ years related leadership experience required, including financial analysis and building financial models. Ability to connect strategic direction with financial outcomes a must.

  • · Excellent written and verbal communications skills; comfortable communicating with executive management
  • · Ability to influence business decisions and collaborate with business units
