The Senior Director, Deployment Services will lead a team responsible for ensuring the end-to-end delivery of our solutions (product and related services) via full-scale project management, equipment installation services, and coordination of on-site customer training. Working cross-functionally, this position will provide strategic oversight to all aspects of project execution and delivery related to the implementation of customer solutions.



  • Ownership and accountability for a positive, consistent customer experience relating to project management, and equipment installation of cash automation solutions
  • Leads project management team to develop clear and actionable deliverables that ensure the seamless transition and key implementation of all sales activities
  • Ensures clear and actionable tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines are established with structured installation schedules resulting in excellent customer satisfaction through demonstration of the full GGS value proposition
  • Coordinates customer training to ensure effective solution delivery to new and existing Financial Institution, Retail & Gaming segments as appropriate
  • Provides counsel and guidance to delivery teams to help solve and advise on strategic approaches to customer challenges; Assists in removinginternal and external obstacles

  • Identifies professional services sales opportunities to maximize business potential and generate ongoing/recurring revenue streams

  • Proactively manages shifting resource demands and develops creative contingency plans related to changing customer requirements and project scope

  • Establishes and maintains a consistent/standard program management and delivery methodology, tools and templates

  • Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators with a continuous improvement mindset, developing the most cost effective and consistent processes and reporting to deliver flawless execution of services

  • Establishes strong cross-functional business partnerships to work effectively with sales, service, connectivity, finance and other key stakeholders to ensure service readiness and delivery



         Education & Work Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area required; professional business experience; MBA or related Master’s degree a plus

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience with proven performance record of success in PMO or related environment

  • Minimum of 5 years leading implementation teams with ability to attract, develop, lead and retain a high performing team

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and refine effective PMO-related strategies, standardized project methodologies and best practices

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong results orientation and ability to drive and maximize new business opportunities

  • Ability to inspire and hold accountable team members to perform to highest standards

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex initiatives to ensure efficient and value added outcomes

  • Strategic thinker, resourceful, and excellent problem solving and analytic ability

  • Strong relationship and team building skills both internally and externally; ability to quickly establish credibility and relationships

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Ability to travel to customer sites and company meetings up to 30% of the time


Most of the time is spent sitting at a desk in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around.  On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light items.
