We are excited to expand our team and we are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Implementation to lead our teams around the country.
The Senior Director of Clinical Implementation will be responsible for the following: Leadership of IRF Implementations (new site / facility builds / start-ups), including: Working closely with the Corporate Development team in partner identification and deal closing, working with the DVPs of Operations in CEO hiring and all staff hiring, working with the DVPs, CEO and Clinical in all clinical protocols and training readiness, working closely with the Partner Board in all decisions, meetings and updates, providing regular updates on progress to milestones, key issues, and timely decisions needed.
In addition, the Senior Director will be responsible for: Coordination with Finance and the Rehab Division VP of Business Operations and Strategic Initiatives in ownership of IRF division reporting and Analytics, including clinical / outcomes reporting.
In addition, the Senior Director of Clinical Implementation will be actively involved, at the executive level, in the leadership of the organization. Organizes and administers areas of Nursing and Patient Care Services. The Senior Director of Clinical Implementation functions under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, Implementation Operator and assumes responsibility and accountability for Nursing and other clinical departments as assigned. The Senior Director in collaboration with the leadership team, develops, implements, interprets and assures compliance with policies and procedures including compliance with federal and state regulations and accreditation standards. The Senior Director is responsible for implementing hospital goals and objectives based on budget parameters.
Education: Registered Nurse with Master’s degree preferred, OR Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist. Current licensure in the State.
Experience: Minimum of five years of previous clinical leadership strongly preferred. Multi-site management experience strongly preferred.
