The Client Success Team at Penn Foster empowers the country's leading employers and nonprofit organizations – such as from Walmart, Lowes, EmployBridge, Subway, Banfield Hospitals, and Emerson Collective – to build their internal talent and change the trajectory of their employees' and clients' lives. As a key leader in this effort, the Senior Director of Client Success will lead a team of Client Success Managers to drive meaningful value for our clients and expand annual revenue to accelerate what is already the fastest growing area of the business. As the #2 person on this team, s/he will also support the broader org in areas of customer growth strategy and execution, effectiveness and training, and strategic client negotiations. In short, s/he will have an outsized impact on the financial performance of the b2b org, while tackling persistent skill gap challenges in the U.S. economy.
