The Senior Director of Channel Sales will be responsible for building and growing the global channel partner sales program. This position will be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding and managing partners in the channel to achieve partner and Alation objectives to drive profitable growth in line with the company vision.
- Develops business plan and channel sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability through partner selling of software and services.
- Responsible for recruiting and negotiating agreements with new partners and lead the recruitment, sales and contracting of new partners into the Channel program.
- Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Develops sales campaigns with partners to accommodate goals of company.
