  • Ensure the business achieves or exceeds annual Orders commitments to the Corporation
  • Develop and execute short/long-term business plans, strategies and tactics to grow the business
  • Provide leadership, experience and mentoring in the full life-cycle of DoD business winning
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and grow team competencies
  • Grow existing and new customer relationships in all domains
  • Planning, directing and coordinating marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals
  • Organize campaigns (strategic or tactical) that bring upside to direct or adjacent market pursuits
  • Participate in the annual strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting process
  • Partner with Engineering and Program Management to define tech/product and customer roadmaps; champion product evolution through voice of the customer needs and technology trends
  • Identify potential partners in industry, academia, or government for new pursuits and growth
  • Utilize efficiency tools and resources (e.g. CRM) to successfully lead against performance measures
  • Develop and Manage Trade Show strategy for the Business Area
  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values
  • Perform job duties in a manner that maintains compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Experienced and willing traveler who will manage travel up to 50% of their time in the direct relationship of new business goals and objectives for the organization



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred  
  • 15+ years of well-rounded marketing and BD experience in positions of increasing responsibility with a focus on business winning while leading a diverse team of self-starting and motivated individuals
  • At least five years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Prior Military experiencepreferred
