Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this role is to support the operational delivery and growth of the Health managed services business within the Insurance business unit.  The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the health business process outsourcing (BPO) and Application Managed Services (AMS) and will manage the teams to ensure we are meeting SLA's (service level agreements), providing accurate and timely deliverables for our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing our solutions, and delivering continuous process improvements.  This candidate will work directly with solution and product management, technology operations, professional services and sales functions to focus on the development of product and service enhancements as well as next generation services and managed application support solutions. The role reports into the EVP of managed services.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing a business process outsourcing or other managed services operation
  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Experience in managing large teams (100+)
  • Knowledgeable on how to implement constant process improvement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet with executives
  • Experience in defining and implementing strategic and operational plans
  • P&L management experience
