Relationships are vital to the success of our business, and we are committed to being a trusted partner to the cancer community. • The Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness will lead the global leadership development, learning and organizational development agenda to enhance employee capability,  engagement and retention. This role is responsible to provide leadership for enterprise talent development strategies which build an organizational commitment to talent and leadership development. The focus is on optimizing people processes, systems and culture to accelerate business performance as well as to promote and foster an inclusive culture where all employees can leverage their unique talents. Reporting to the SVP of HR, this position will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:  
• Provide thought leadership and best practice research to identify and design the three year talent management and learning strategy for the organization. Design and implement a global roadmap with programs to support evolving organizational requirements with the goal to enhance the effectiveness of leaders, individuals and teams, increase organizational capacity, and accelerate business progress on strategic initiatives.• Create governance structure to enable the successful execution of a talent process for the organization. Identify effective systems to accurately assess talent and readiness of high potentials. Determine programs to support the development of these employees. Guide strategy and design for our enterprise succession/leadership planning process, to ensure an adequate supply of qualified, diverse candidates for future roles.• In partnership with HRBPs and Executive Leadership, create, implement, and integrate leadership and employee behaviors that support our values and that serve as the foundation of the talent management strategy. Collaborate across HR to integrate behaviors into the full employee life-cycle including attraction, selection, development, retention, and engagement.• Leverage business data, engagement surveys, direct employee feedback, and industry leading practices to influence our culture strategy, career management programs and practices, leadership development initiatives, and employee experience priorities.  Identify and implement key metrics to evaluate success.• Provide strategic design, oversight and guidance on key organization development projects at an enterprise level including change management, organizational design, employee engagement and high performing culture.

Required Skills:
• Ability to translate strategic goals into appropriate leadership development and talent programs that expertly balance the evolving priorities of the organization and have broad impact/influence across the enterprise. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders is vital.  • Demonstrated experience and success in partnering with senior leaders to effectively diagnose, develop and implement appropriate strategies to drive organizational effectiveness.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver results with continuous collaboration, iteration, and input from others.• Excellent ability to engage with people at all levels of an organization. Proven track record of communicating and processing complex and sensitive information in both verbal and written formats.• Must have organizational-savvy and be comfortable with diplomatically challenging status quo and influencing at all levels.• Must be an excellent collaborator, persuader and communicator (written, verbal and presentations)• Self-motivated, assertive, and self-confident with the ability to act with urgency and passion.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master Degree preferred (Business Management, Organizational Development and/or Training related/Human Resources)• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Talent development or Human Resources
