The Leader of HR Operations for Lattice will thrive on building strong cross-functional relationships across all of Lattice with the ultimate goal of building and sustaining a positive, engaging, and high performing work environment. They will be point person for establishing consistent and reliable people processes and operations so that we spend less time with process and more time on executing at Lattice. While it starts at implementing controls, compliance, policies, and work processes, that's just the beginning of what we're looking for in the ideal candidate. The People Operations Leader will be responsible for working with company leaders to initiate, develop, and implement programs, policies, and projects designed to transform Lattice's people operations into one that addresses our business imperatives to offer reliable and consistent HR processes while also being agile and responsive to our dynamic business environment.


  • Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and documented appropriately
  • Align all HR data sources globally so that we have one overall HR data source
  • To ensure optimal workforce management, establish management level standard reports from HR data base, including establish HR Management metrics, and analysis
  • Monitor and maintain employee records to follow legal compliance requirements globally
  • Provide HR support to the business, advising management on all compliance, controls, policies, and other HR-related topics
  • Ensure that Tier 0 through Tier 2 support model is built
  • Partner with regional or functional HR leaders on larger projects and org changes
  • Identify and execute on continuous improvement of HR programs and processes to improve the overall employee and manager experience; as well as improving company efficiency and effectiveness (ie Onboarding, Assimilation, Retention, etc.)
  • Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance globally
  • Promote and launch employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Location can be based in Oregon or San Jose.




Bachelors or better in Human Resources or related field.

Masters or better in Human Resources.



15 years: Minimum 15 years of experience in business or operations roles, last 5 in leadership roles Must have multiple competencies within HR – a "utility player"
