The Senior Director of our Global HR Service Delivery team must exhibit strong and proactive business leadership with a transformational mindset with deep experience in building and expanding global delivery centers for multi-disciplinary HR services, and possesses excellent strategic thinking, service expansion/innovation expertise, and change management skills to enable the modernized employee experience for ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with our ServiceNow HR Product Team, IT and HR Digital Transformation teams to implement our 2019 strategic vision for HR Service Delivery
  • Supports all HR service delivery, customer experience, and performance SLAs
  • Cultivates, maintains, and enhances effective relationships within the HR function and business units to understand current and future business needs
  • Fosters “customer service/employee experience” focus and culture throughout the HR Services Delivery organization and serves as a change leader
  • Manages team of service delivery professionals, sets goals and evaluates performance and competency development
  • Support the creation of marketing materials about our internal success stories with Now on Now (ServiceNow HRSD)
  • Create Service Delivery content that will be used by our CIO and directs for EBC’s, .com presence, conferences, sales and marketing
  • Gain knowledge of our ServiceNow HR products and stay current with up-and coming releases
  • Manage creation and maintenance of Now On Now communication materials, including: presentations, web content, white papers, etc
  • Drive regular cadence of educational group sessions on Now On Now to evangelize our story & transformation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to effectively and proactively navigate across geographies and resolve conflicts
  • Experience in HR service delivery and/or HRshared services (i.e., consulting or previous leadership position) for a large, complex, and global organization
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery application & functionality a plus.
