Salesforce is committed to the success of our Sales teams across the globe by providing world class enablement. Reporting into the VP of Global Sales Enablement Delivery, this person will act as the Enablement Delivery Specialist Leader for the Industry focused sales enablement delivery team.
In strong collaboration with the Enablement Business Partners, the Skills and Product enablement delivery teams , the Global Enablement Content and Curriculum team, the Global Enablement PMO, internal industry specialists and external vendors, this candidate will build and lead a team to design and deliver best in class learning experiences by leveraging: their e xtensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles, their proven track record of success in delivering top scoring virtual and physical classroom enablement training, and their ability to present and facilitate industry content tailored by vertical, industry specialization, selling role type, and geographies.
The successful candidate will have relentless curiosity and possess a passion for creating and deploying industry enablement solutions to support sellers' needs at scale. Moreover, they will excel at delivering enablement that empowers our industry focused sellers across the organization and ensuring they are ready and enabled to perform to their highest potential.
Your Charter:
Your role will be to partner with team members across the Global Enablement Organization to build and lead a team of Industry focused enablement delivery specialists. Specifically you will be responsible for: 1) leading a team of Industry Enablement Delivery Specialists and Industry Enablement Delivery people managers to provide enablement programs that enable industry sellers globally, 2) partnering with the global strategy, curriculum and content, and operations and technology teams to support the execution of Global Enablement initiatives within the regions and OUs (Operating Units), 3) partnering with the AMER, APAC, EMEA and LATAM Enablement Business Partner Leaders and internal Industry Experts to create the required Regional and OU specific industry enablement solutions, delivery strategy and execution plan, 3) and bringing your enablement expertise to a team of passionate enablers and sales professionals, working with them to build a variety of compelling industry enablement experiences using best practices.
Responsibilities
Liaise with Global Enablement Business Partners to determine training needs, skills gaps and learning reinforcement requirements Work with Global Enablement Business Partners to prioritize top down and OU driven enablement to maximize learner engagement and business impact Translate requirements into impactful enablement experiences via a variety of modalities and technologies Partner with the Global Enablement Content team, Solutions and Sales Leader Enablement Delivery Specialist teams, and cross functional experts (e.g. Industry Business Partners, Sales Program Managers, Vendors and Product Marketers) to locate content or enhance existing materials to address training needs, and collaborate on training delivery, as appropriate Configure or create all learning and supporting materials/medias (simulations, role plays, games etc.) required to deliver the training in partnership with global content scrum teams and learning designers Continuously coach and develop the team in their ability to deliver credible, dynamic and interactive enablement experiences,via a variety of modalities and technologies, at all stages of the sales employee lifecycle, from onboarding, continuous development, to role mastery Manage the processes for session scheduling and provide post enablement support including surveys, course assignments, cheat sheets and other activities that embed the learning process Achieve high quality standards and customer satisfaction scores on delivered programs and assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior Assist the Content team in maintaining, updating and coordinating content Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance) and report ongoing issues that impact quality, compliance, and effectiveness for the organizationIn conjunction with the Global Sales Enablement PMO, measure training impact against associated enablement KPIs (ie. participation, productivity, close rate, ACV impact)
