Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive consolidation of demands from all IT Business Units and develop an aggregate portfolio view of all infrastructure projects across the organization
  • Manage prioritization of infrastructure project demands based on continual assessment of business objectives
  • Establish and facilitate communications cadence between GPS and other stakeholders across the organization involved in end-to-end delivery
  • C ommunicate key decisions regarding project prioritization throughout the organization
  • Define program and project performance metrics in conjunction with IT portfolios
  • Oversee and develop a staff of project/program managers responsible for both strategic and tactical project delivery
  • Guide team of project/program managers to lead end-to-end infrastructure project delivery in efficient manner

Key Activities:

  • Collaborate and partner with Engineering Services to ensure the successful transition of products from Engineering to Operations
  • Develop and standardize project management procedures and practices to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure infrastructure service operations are delivering high availability, performance and stability to our customers
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies in the service delivery processes
  • Prepare effective executive-level presentations and participate in various steering committee meetings
  • Identify, recruit, develop and retain a high-performance team of project management professionals

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or related field
  • PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications a plus
  • 10+ years of progressive technologyexperience
  • 5+ years of experience leading as a manager of project managers
  • Proven ability of inspiring, motivating, and developing a project management team that fosters continuous improvement, customer service, and operational resiliency
  • Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, project prioritization and reporting
  • First-hand experience with large-scale infrastructure programs such as data center consolidation and  implementing organizational change to migrate an agile / cloud environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, management, and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record driving tangible results in high pressure situations including direct interactions with Equifax business customers
  • Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure environments (technology, standards, processes)
  • Ability to establish project management processes and develop metrics to improve infrastructure performance and drive operational decisions
  • Strong consultative, analytical, consensus-building and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication to both executive leadership team, peers, and staff
  • Proven expert in MS Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
