Cisco's DevNet and CX Ecosystem Success organization is part of the $12 billion Customer Experience (CX) business at the core of the company today.
Our CX Community accelerates the adoption of CX by mobilizing the world's most engaged community of customer-centric experts. Core to the CX Community is the connectivity platform that unites our customer experience experts and teams allowing them to connect and collaborate in order to deliver success at Cisco scale.
CX Enablement transforms the knowledge of stakeholders and SMEs into compelling learning experiences for CX employees, Sales and Channel Partners across the globe to drive role-specific, technology architecture, and CX portfolio and lifecycle motion. This is all done in partnership with CX Product Management and Role Communities.
