Define and lead the long-term framework in collaboration with Product, Go-To-Market, G&A, and Business Operations
Support and/or drive key corporate strategic planning processes, working across businesses and functions to frame the corporate strategy and drive alignment and execution on key initiatives
Work with Senior Management on the identification and prioritization of strategic issues on an ongoing basis
Provide thought leadership to develop innovative and strategic deal structures to fit the needs of the business and our customers
Growth strategy – market assessment and prioritization, new growth ideas/products, business cases, criteria for the decision, go-to-market strategy, risks, business planning
Merger and acquisition strategy, capability and gap assessment, target screening and outreach, due-diligence and integration support
Venture and strategic investment evaluation and management
Sales enablement – market assessment and focus areas, priority customers, case studies/sales materials
Your Qualifications
10+ years of work experience, ideally in management consulting, private equity, and/or corporate strategy at a leading technology company. Work experience in a corporate (as opposed to professional services) environment is strongly preferred
Experience in enterprise software / SaaS; exposure to developer tools / DevOps industry is a plus
Proven track record to manage cross-functional projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment
Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships and guide different stakeholder groups directly and indirectly
