Manage excess claims program including best practices, benchmarks, and quality assurance through audits, and produce claim trend reports and success stories to showcase company value proposition for presentation to clients.

 

*** Provide general claims and carrier relationship management.

 

*** Monitor claim benchmarking trends.

 

*** Oversee Catastrophic claims management team.

 

*** Serve as Claim Auditor.

 

*** Serve as mitigation expert for all external audits.

 

*** Provide economic results for clients and carriers from an operational perspective.

 

*** Develop and deliver claim success stories to carriers and clients.

 

*** Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.

 

*** Provide training on all legislative and regulatory changes and services.
