Axway is looking for a Senior Director, Business Relationship Management to be the leader of the IS Business Relationship Management team. You will have oversight into all business processes that require a technology component and you be a trusted advisor for each Business Team in the organization. The Sr Dir BRM understands all business processes and provides technology guidance to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for IS business strategy requirements. A key BRM role is increasing long-term customer satisfaction and increased profitability.

This position will report to our VP, Information Systems and will be based out of our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ.


  • Align different business and IS strategies for enhanced productivity
  • Define key strategies for the IS delivery model of an organization
  • Work to communicate and understand concerns related to IS alignment across Business Teams
  • Work with architects to understand new technology trends and forecast future IS infrastructure requirements
  • Manage the project managers to provide business, project and IS improvement data to all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other IS leadership on annual IS budgets and forecasts
  • Help evaluate IS project objectives and analyzes new business initiatives
  • Enable all stakeholders to evaluate, leverage and develop high-value relationships all through the network


  • Strong knowledge of HR, Marketing, Sales, Order Entry, Financial Systems, or Customer Support Systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in business and solution development
  • Very strong understanding of the system development life cycle
  • Solid Agile project management skills
  • Ability to form and cultivate interpersonal relationships with Business Teams at various levels of management and technical expertise
  • Bachelor's degree of higher from an accredited college/university
  • 3+ years of experience working in IS projects that involved business process change, organizational change, and multiple large-scale technology components
  • 10+ years of experienceworking withHRIS, Marketing, CRM, or ERP Systems
