Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Director, Business Analysis in our Edgewood, NY office. In this role you will work closely with members of management team. You will perform business analysis activities within client accounts and manage . Ability to manage multiple initiatives, attention to detail, the ability to track and follow up client actions, ability to obtain and analyze data, work independently and lead activities, prioritize efforts, and meet deadlines are critical for success in this position. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Lead day to day assessments within a client environment that focus on the communications ecosystem components. Provide overall project management to ensure the actions are being delivered against (e.g. data gathering, analysis, workflows, summation findings, etc). Part of cross functional team in the formalization strategies for the client accounts for print to digital solutioning.

2. Transition Management Services- Client liaison for transition consulting services at key identified accounts. Includes Program Management activities, communication planning initiatives, transition documentation for internal readiness and organizational management: RACI, status reporting

3. Digital Solutions Service deliver support: lead project deliverables for client lifecycle components from the client onboarding process, post implementation support and resolving client conflict escalations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
