The big picture:

Cardlytics, a leading Purchase Intelligence Platform, is seeking a Senior Director, Ad Partnerships to help grow our US Advertising business. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for developing and scaling a key areas of our business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, creative thinker, who is self-motivated and goal oriented. He/she must be passionate about building and delivering solutions to clients, creating new budget opportunities, and working collaboratively across key functional areas, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics. The candidate must have exceptional skills in using insights and analytics through a consultative approach to build Cardlytics' business within the US.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Product organization and other functional leads across Cardlytics to develop scalable solutions that will benefit our clients
  • Develop account plans and maximize revenue across core customers
  • Seek out thought leadership opportunities to further establish both yourself and Cardlytics as industry experts
  • Create relationships within prospects and customers' organization at all levels, including senior executives
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify solutions, implement programs, and drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
  • Analyze campaign performance in order to recommend optimization opportunities specific to each client's goals, metrics, and objectives
  • Ensure sales and client satisfaction through world-class customer service

  • 10+ years' experience in marketing services, digital media, or marketing platform sales
  • Experience selling into senior marketing contacts preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
