Serve as the web analytics subject matter expert for digital marketing teams, owning and enhancing existing web analytics strategies, tactics, and tools, while developing/documenting best practices to support ongoing projects and internal teams.
•5+ years of successfully managing data integration and reporting projects.
•Experience managing acquisitions/mergers of company technology stack.
•Experience and knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and best practices STRONGLY DESIRED.
•Ability to implement and manage tag management tools, analytics and testing/targeting/optimization efforts. (i.e. GA Tag Manager, Tellium, Adobe Test & Target or Optimizely).
•Ability to develop and enhance audience profiles and segmentation models.
•Experience with Google Analytics 360 and multiple integrated platforms is required. i.e. GA Big Query or SQL databases, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot,
•Experience deploying and using digital media revenue attribution systems practices STRONGLY DESIRED.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, post-start-up environment.
•Ability to leverage data to drive critical business decisions across various levels of detail and audiences, from setting big-picture business strategy to day-to-day support and execution.
You must be technically savvy with proven skills in analytics and reporting analytics (Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics 360, Google data Studio, a/b and multivariate testing…) to evaluate marketing performance, and help achieve business goals and objectives.
