We're looking for someone to help us build and improve the infrastructure that runs our applications. Our stuff is mostly on Ubuntu in AWS, so we approach infrastructure as code. The current (4 person) team values learning, enjoys their autonomy, and feels good about working for a company that is literally saving lives by making prescription drugs affordable for everyone.
You will be mostly working on the tooling that controls our technical infrastructure. You'll also be fixing performance issues, and working with other developers to enhance operations. Our infrastructure team is very collaborative. We do code reviews on all of our team PRs, and we work together to architect, develop, and document new systems and tooling. There is, of course, an on-call rotation, but you can expect around 5 off-hours pages a year.
We're happy to hire folks with non-traditional backgrounds. Fundamentally, we need people who want to build tools and have familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc). If you believe in and encourage the goodness in others, we need you.
